LOAN APPLICATION

Download the Loan Application and Borrower Authorization forms. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to open the .pdf file. Complete and sign both forms  and return them along with the preliminary items found on the Application Checklist of documents as they apply to you. All inquiries and derogatory accounts on your credit report are considered and must be explained.

Complete all Employment history covering the last 2 years on the loan application. Include the name of the company, address, phone number, position and dates of employment. Any gaps in employment will need a written explanation.

Complete the asset section on the loan application. Include the name of the bank name, account number, and ending balance. Any large, non payroll deposits will need to be explained and documented.

Complete the Real Estate Owned section including property address, market value, mortgage balances, monthly payments and taxes, insurance (walls-in insurance and home owners association dues, if applicable) for each property owned.

Gather the preliminary standard documentation as outlined and return them to our office with your loan application. Since every situation is unique, you may be asked to provide additional documentation. If additional items are requested, a timely response is important in expediting the application process and accomplishing a successful closing.
